James Gunn’s Creature Commandos has officially started the Dcu and fans got the first glimpse of what is to come in the franchise. The next step in Gunn’s master plan is the upcoming film Superman, of which some characters and possible plot points have already been hinted at in the animated series.
Creature Commandos is a sort of continuation of The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker, with many characters returning to the franchise. They will also be playing the live-action versions of these characters in the Dcu.
