Smurfs Trailer Featuring Rihanna as Smurfette
Paramount Animation has revealed the first trailer and the Super Bowl spot for Smurfs, which is coming to theaters on July 18, 2025. The film was written by Pam Brady and directed by Chris Miller.
When Papa Smurf (John Goodman) is mysteriously taken by evil wizards, Razamel and Gargamel, Smurfette (Rihanna) leads the Smurfs on a mission into the real world to save him. With the help of new friends, the Smurfs must discover what defines their destiny to save the universe.
Based on the characters and works of Belgian artist Pierre Culliford, also known as Peyo, Smurfs is a Ty Ty and Jay Brown production. It is produced by Jay Brown, Ty Ty Smith, Robyn Rihanna Fenty and Ryan Harris.
