Chrissy Teigen Slams Trump’s ‘Disgusting’ White House for Attacking Selena Gomez After She Cried Over Deportations: ‘F—ing Preposterous’

Chrissy Teigen took aim at Donald Trump’s White House when asked about a video the administration released that targeted Selena Gomez, who went viral last month after posting an Instagram video in which she filmed herself crying over deportations of undocumented immigrants by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice).
“I love her. Empathy should never be frowned upon or made fun of,” Teigen said when asked by TMZ. “The fact that the White House has enough time to even make a statement or a video about it is fucking preposterous and disgusting and lame and loser behavior.”
While Gomez deleted her crying video from Instagram within hours after drawing criticism from conservative figures (she responded to the backlash in a follow-up post that read: “Apparently it’s not ok to show empathy for people”), Trump’s White House proceeded to release a response video titled, “Moms of Victims of Illegal...
