Why We Still Talk About Jason Momoa’s Iconic 2020 Super Bowl Commercial
Rocket Mortgage’s 2020 Super Bowl ad showed us the ‘real’ Jason Momoa and fans still find it one of the most memorable ads to come of the event. Momoa tapped into his funny side for this hilarious ad, where fans saw him letting his “guard down”. The ad works best in subverting expectations as viewers would’ve never guessed where the ad was going.
Momoa’s ex-wife Lisa Bonet also appeared alongside the Aquaman star in the ad. It was deemed one of the best commercials for the Super Bowl 2020. Interestingly, a lot of visual effects were seamlessly blended into the ad to make it convincing.
