With over 600,000 active players, Netease Games’ Marvel Rivals remains a wonder for the free-to-play hero shooter genre. It single handedly managed to overtake multiple other challengers and still thrives two months after its launch.

However, the game is not without its issues, especially with regards to game balancing around certain characters. For instance, Jeff the Shark has been a rather sore point for players even to this day, with many calling the character unbalanced.

Marvel Rivals’ developers shared an interesting tip in a recent post, on how to counter Jeff – but the solution might not sit well with everyone.
