The fourth greatest actor of the 21st century, as The New York Times ranked him, Keanu Reeves has done more than just entertain fans with his prestigious performances.

Not only have his big-screen enactments brought him to the receiving end of numerous accolades in a professional acting career of four decades and counting, but they have also made him rank among the most influential people of all time, per Time magazine.

That said, it does come as a surprise that the Canadian actor actually even claimed once that he “hate[s] acting most of the time that I do it” way back in time. But while his perspective on that seems to have changed with time, it was only because of his intense self-criticism that he made such a comment.
