While they consider the planet to be quite meek and boring at first, the Solomon family becomes accustomed to human life pretty quickly.
The sitcom ran for 6 seasons and managed to collect a wealth of awards and acclaim. When the finale aired in 2001, fans were pretty disappointed by the way things panned out. However, the show also offered an alternative ending, which audiences felt was much better suited to this off-beat sitcom.
