Spawn vs. Ghost Rider: Todd McFarlane Weighs In Ahead of Epic Death Battle

Spawn has been gaining popularity again in recent years. While the character has always had a presence in comics, his appearance in Mortal Kombat 11 and the upcoming King Spawn movie have put him back in the spotlight. So, when Death Battle announced a Spawn vs. Ghost Rider matchup, fans went wild debating who would win.
During an interview with Heroic Hollywood at Megacon in Orlando, McFarlane made it clear who he thinks will win.
“Spawn wins. Spawn beats Superman. Oddly, if you’ve been paying attention, and you’ve seen what he’s done in the last 30 years, if people wish to combine all of that at one moment, I don’t think there’s any other character that can say they have the power that he has.
