Martin Short is a SAG Award winner. At the age of 74, the beloved actor has set a career first by getting the big win.
At the SAG Awards on Sunday, Short was announced as the winner for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series. This was for his role as Oliver Putnam in the hit Hulu series Only Murders in the Building, in which he co-stars with Steve Martin and Selena Gomez. Short was the only one of the three to get a solo acting nomination at the SAG Awards, though the show was also nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, picking up the win in that category as well.
