Trailer lands for the second and final season of ‘Andor’

Disney has released the first trailer for the second and final season of the highly anticipated ‘Star Wars’ series ‘Andor.’

Diego Luna returns as Cassian Andor with the trailer teasing the blossoming rebellion against the tyranny of the Empire.

Also returning for season 2 are Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera, Genevieve O’Reilly as Mon Mothma along with Denise Gough, Stellan Skarsgård, Kyle Soller, and Adria Arjona. Alan Tudyk returns reprising his role as the voice of K2-so, and Ben Mendelsohn, who returns as Imperial Director Krennic.

The new season will cover the four years of events between the first season’s end and the start of the ‘Rogue One’ film.

Three episodes will cover four ‘chapters’, each covering events within one of those years.

The twelve-episode season debuts on Disney+ on April 22nd with three episodes dropping every week.
