Back in December, One Piece locked in plans for another sports collab that has the series joining the Los Angeles Lakers for a game night in LA on February 28, 2025. With the event nearly upon us, more details have been unveiled, including a full visual and some of the exclusive merch that will be on hand. That particular Friday night—which will see the Lakers take on the Clippers at Crypto.com Arena—will have a few One Piece -themed treats in store, including the first look at a piece of animation that depicts Luffy playing basketball.
