The sequel film to the 2023 TV drama based on the manga series written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Ryoichi Ikegami brought in 145 million yen (1.02 million Usd) over the three-day weekend with 112,000 admissions, another 50.35 percent week-to-week drop. The film's official X (formerly Twitter) confirmed the movie now has a 17-day cumulative of 1.44 billion yen (9.52 million Usd) earned from 1.05 million ticket sales. In its sixth weekend, the live-action film adaptation of Kengo Hanazawa's action manga series Under Ninja jumped up four positions to fifth place. It is the movie's second-highest weekend ranking, following its third-place position in its opening weekend of January 24-26 . The film's official X reported last Wednesday it has already surpassed the one billion yen mark in 33 days after release.
