Apple TV+ ha dado el pistoletazo de salida al rodaje de Lucky, su nueva miniserie original, basada en la novela superventas homónima de Marissa Stapley.
Anya Taylor-Joy vuelve a la televisión después de haber interpretado a Gina Gray en Peaky Blinders y a Beth Harmon en Gambito de dama, el que fue el papel que le dio la fama, para meterse en la piel de una joven, Lucky, que dejó atrás la vida criminal en la que se crio, pero que ahora debe abrazar su lado más oscuro y criminal por última vez en un intento desesperado por escapar de su pasado.
Además de Taylor-Joy , la serie también está protagonizada por Drew Starkey (Queer), Annette Bening (Nyad), Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor (Los chicos de la Nickel) y Timothy Olyphant (Terminator Zero).
