James Haven and Romi Marie Imbelli have separated.
The 51-year-old actor and director, and Angelina Jolie‘s brother, and the 43-year-old The Real L Word star tied the knot in August 2024 after many years together, as Just Jared exclusively confirmed in January 2025.
However, Romi has now confirmed that she has filed for a marriage annulment, just seven months after their wedding.

“After careful consideration, I have decided to move forward with the annulment of my marriage to James Haven. As reflected in public record, the reason cited remains fraud,” she shared in a statement with People.
According to the filing, Romi has cited “fraud” as the reason for the annulment, and the date she filed was listed as Tuesday, August 27th, only 15 days after their wedding.
“This has been a deeply personal and difficult decision, but one that I feel is necessary for my own well-being.
