The drama surrounding Justin Baldoni's It Ends With Us may be ongoing, but Colleen Hoover fans are looking toward the author's next adaptation, Verity. Set to hit theaters next year, we now have our first look at cast members Dakota Johnson and Josh Hartnett in the new psychological thriller, and in stark contrast to last year's Blake Lively film, this one is a lot bloodier.

Photos have surfaced online (seen below) showing Johnson on the set of Verity wearing a long peacoat and headphones, and in a few of the images, her face and neck are covered in blood as Hartnett guides her across a busy street. Another image shows her with a vape, while others have her in her own little world as she walks down the sidewalk with her headphones on, tuning out the surrounding noise.
