However, there is one man who rivals both his strength and appearance: Choi Jong-In, the strongest mage-type hunter.

From the start of Solo Leveling, Sung Jinwoo’s natural opposite was Choi Jong-In. The latter is a top-tier S-Rank and the strongest mage-type hunter, while the protagonist used to be the weakest of all hunters.
The way Jong-In uses his fashion and fire magic rivals Jinwoo’s cold aura when using his necromancy. His proficiency proves why he’s the strongest mage in South Korea, but his fashion is certainly a choice. It makes him equally as dramatic as Sung Jinwoo, just more expensive.
