A24's New Drama Starring Madame Web & MCU Stars Gets Official Trailer
The new trailer for Materialists has been released. It happens to feature one star of Sony's Spider-Man Universe joined by two Marvel Cinematic Universe actors.
Written and directed by Celine Song, Materialists stars Madame Web's Dakota Johnson alongside Captain America actor Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal, one of the stars of the upcoming MCU film The Fantastic Four: First Steps. In the film, per A24, "A young, ambitious New York City matchmaker finds herself torn between the perfect match and her imperfect ex." A sneak peek at the movie's love triangle involving the Marvel actors can be seen in the new trailer below, which also includes a new original song by Japanese Breakfast.
