Action filmmaker Joe Carnahan (“Narc”) is working at a pretty quick clip again. After a busy 2020-2021—”Boss Level” and “Cop Shop” nearly back to back—he returns in 2025 with two movies. One is “Rip” with Ben Affleck and Matt Damon for Netflix, the other is “Shadow Force,” an action thriller for Lionsgate.
