The Boys Prequel Series Vought Rising Casts Blue Bloods & Euphoria Stars
Vought Rising, a prequel show to The Boys, adds Blue Bloods and Euphoria actors to its cast. Following the success of The Boys on Prime Video, creator Eric Kripke's superhero satire franchise is now set to expand with a spinoff that takes place in the 1950s, which was announced last summer. Hailing from showrunner Paul Grellong, Vought Rising's story has been described as a murder mystery about Vought's origins, with both Jensen Ackles' Soldier Boy and Aya Cash's Stormfront, aka Clara Vought, confirmed to star.
Variety now reports that Will Hochman has been cast in Vought Rising in an undisclosed role. Hochman starred in five seasons of Blue Bloods as Joe Hill and also recently appeared in The Greatest Beer Run Ever (2023).
