Invincible's Damien Darkblood, Explained
Damien Darkblood is a demon detective from Image Comics who made his debut in the pages of Invincible #8 (by Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley). Originally investigating the murder of the Guardians of the Globe, the demon mysteriously disappeared in Invincible #16 and was never heard from again. While Darkblood would also appear in a couple of issues of the Astonishing Wolf-Man series, his involvement with the Invincible Universe was never again acknowledged.
