"After being eliminated I felt like I truly hit a rock bottom," said eliminated Top Chef contestant Bailey Sullivan upon entering Last Chance Kitchen. "It's crazy too, because I watched a lot of Top Chef, and there's moments where you see people do things and you're like, why are you doing that? And that's what I felt like I was saying to myself." Alas, in "Brunch à la Boulud," she decided to make a tart for renowned chef and guest judge Daniel Boulud, even though baked goods aren't her specialty. That was a maple syrup challenge, but Tom Colicchio wasn't about to let her escape Canadian delicacies that easily. So for her Lck battle against Sam Olayinka and Mimi Weissenborn, she had to make an elevated dinner entree out of Canadian bacon. Watch the entire battle above.
