Robert Kirkman Offers Promising Update on Live-Action Invincible Movie
Invincible creator Robert Kirkman says he will be shocked if a live-action film adaptation doesn't materialize one day. The hit comic book series was originally going to be turned into a movie before the hugely popular animated series debuted on Prime Video.
In a conversation with ComicBook, Kirkman seemed optimistic that the live-action Invincible movie would still happen one day, but he refused to give any concrete details about when fans of the franchise should expect it to arrive. "Unfortunately, there’s not much I can say," Kirkman said. "I will say thatthe television show makes it vastly easier and vastly more difficult in various different aspects of the development of the movie. That’s kind of where I have to leave it, unfortunately. It’s still early going. I would be shocked if it doesn’t happen one day."
