The animated movie Monsters, Inc. is a family-friendly film, but even so, its plot is not too far away from what could make for an interesting horror movie. That's imagined with a new concept trailer that's capturing some attention on YouTube, depicting much more nightmarish versions of Mike and Sulley.
Per Multiverse of Movies on YouTube, a horror Monsters, Inc. concept trailer was created with the use of AI-generated voices and imagery. It's imagined with Wednesday star Jenna Ortega playing an older version of Boo, the little girl in the original film who's unafraid of the monsters who visit. This version of Boo, however, is haunted by her memories of the monsters she met as a child, culminating with a horrifying reunion.
