On the heels of her experimental drone project Perverts, Ethel Cain has revealed plans to release her next album, Willoughby Tucker, I’ll Always Love You. She’s also announced her largest headlining tour to date taking place in North America and Europe throughout late summer and fall 2025.

Billed as Cain’s proper sophomore album, Willoughby Tucker, I’ll Always Love You will be released in August 2025 and serves as a prequel to her lauded 2022 debut, Preacher’s Daughter. “Before everything, there was you. 1986, the year everything changed forever,” Cain wrote in Instagram post announcing the album.
