One does not simply become a meme by accident, and actor Sean Bean is perfectly fine with his meme-able status. Known for his roles as Boromir in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring,Edward “Ned” Stark in Game of Thrones, and Joseph Wilford in Snowpiercer,Bean has more than 100 acting credits to his name. Notably, he has achieved a bit of an iconic status for having died on-screen more than 20 separate times.
Bean, who is currently starring in the BBC series This City Is Ours, joked in an interview with Radio Times, per IGN, about his many on-screen deaths and his roles that have resulted in countless memes.
