Tales of the Underworld Trailer Brings Back 2 Fan-Favorite Star Wars Bounty Hunters for New Disney+ Cartoon
Star Wars fans just received a surprise trailer drop from Lucasfilm. The production company has unveiled the next installment in its Tales anthology series, Tales of the Underworld, which will hit Disney+ this May for Star Wars Day.
Tales of the Underworld will follow the same format as the animated series' previous two entries — Tales of the Jedi and Tales of the Empire — focusing on two well-known characters in the Star Wars galaxy. This time around, the six-episode season will shine the spotlight on two fan-favorite and notorious bounty hunters: "former dark side assassin Asajj Ventress as she’s given a new chance at life and must go on the run with an unexpected new ally, and outlaw Cad Bane as he faces his past when he confronts an old friend, now a marshal on the other side of the law," according to the logline.
