The director behind one of the best action movies of last year, the heart-racing festive outing Carry-On, has now set his sights on a new thriller for Netflix. Filmmaker Jaume Collet-Serra impressed audiences everywhere with the action thriller Carry-On, which stars Taron Egerton as a young Tsa officer who finds himself being blackmailed into allowing a mysterious package on board a flight on Christmas Eve.

Now, Collet-Serra has been tapped to helm the dramatic psychological thrillerAn Innocent Girl for Netflix, with the streamer no doubt hoping for another major success akin to that of Carry-On. According to Variety, An Innocent Girl has been written by Michael Mohan with revisions by Marc Guggenheim.
