Dave Bautista hit the gym from a young age and was a very jacked-up 16-year-old, as his old photos prove. But that doesn’t mean he had it easy getting into professional wrestling. Recalling his first audition, Bautista shared that he was told he would never make it in wrestling. That was a pretty rude comment from WCW, but I’m glad he proved them all wrong by becoming one of the fan-favorite wrestlers in the WWE.

Bautista began his career in wrestling in 1999 and joined the WWE in 2000. He has two WWE Championship titles, four World Heavyweight Championship titles, and four Tag Team titles. He had his final wrestling match at WrestleMania 35, where he went up against fellow Evolution member Triple H.
