Before Christopher Landon was developing his latest film, Drop, he was preparing to tackle a creature feature remake. Back in 2022, the Happy Death Day helmer had a gnarly take on the classic Arachnophobia in the works with Amblin Partners involved and James Wan's Atomic Monster producing. It seemed like the perfect project for him, thanks to his brand of horror-comedy, but it sadly will never see the light of day. In a new conversation with TheWrap, Landon confirmed that he is no longer involved in the feature and shared what his vision was for the spider-centric flick.
