Kingpin Actor Vincent D'Onofrio Reveals the Other Comic Book Character He'd Want to Play (& It's for Rival DC)

Vincent D'Onofrio has reaffirmed his desire to join the DC Universe as a specific horror-tinged character. The Daredevil: Born Again star, who plays fan-favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe villain Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, recently shared that Swamp Thing would be the other character he'd like to play on the big or small screen.

Responding to a fan on X, D'Onofrio wrote that "Swamp Thing" would be the other character besides Wilson Fisk that he would want to play. This isn't the first time that the actor has expressed interest in playing Swamp Thing. Back in 2023, he retweeted a feature article from Cbr by Nicholas Brooks — which made the case for why the actor should jump from the MCU to the Dcu to play Alec Holland/Swamp Thing — and captioned it, "Love this."
