Tim Allen’s co-star in his latest sitcom just shared a hilarious story on her social media. Allen stars alongside Kat Dennings in Shifting Gears, the comedy following a headstrong widower, Matt (Allen), who owns a classic car workshop. When his newly separated daughter and her teenage children arrive at his house, they begin to work on restoring more than just cars. Before teaming up with Allen for Shifting Gears, Dennings made a name for herself by starring alongside Robert Downey Jr. in Charlie Bartlett. She then further expanded her stardom by joining the MCU, but the Shifting Gears star recently took to her Threads account to share that while roaming the grounds at Avengers Campus, she didn’t understand why people were waving at her. For a fleeting moment, Dennings completely forgot that she’s an MCU star.
