Scott McGillivray's 'Vacation House Rules' Season 6 Sets U.S. Premiere Date
HGTV starScott McGillivray has officially announced the U.S. premiere date for Vacation House RulesSeason 6. The show follows the real estate investor and contractor renovating vacation homes alongside his friend and designer Debra Salmoni. Filmed in Ontario, the HGTV series premiered in Canada on April 7, 2025, and is set to start airing in the U.S. on April 26, 2025.
Vacation House Rules’ Season 5, which featured McGilivray and Salmoni taking on cottage-themed renovation challenges, premiered on HGTV Canada in April 2024, but didn’t make its way to the U.S. airwaves until July of the same year. So, when the reality star announced the show’s return on his Instagram, fans immediately took to the comments with the same question. “Please say it’s on in the U.S.,” wrote a fan, before McGillivray replied and confirmed the news.
