‘Another Simple Favor’ Trailer: Blake Lively Cons Wedding Guests with Anna Kendrick in Paul Feig’s Sequel
With Paul Feig’s highly anticipated sequel to the beloved 2018 film “A Simple Favor” going abroad, it seems that chaos has charted an international flight.
Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively reprise their respective roles for “Another Simple Favor,” with Lively’s character Emily getting remarried in Italy seven years after the events of the first film. The official synopsis reads: “Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick) and Emily Nelson (Lively) reunite on the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily’s extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman. Along with the glamorous guests, expect murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square.”
