HGTV sensation Tarek El Moussa has opened up about his shocking health battle to the outlet Fox News Digital after a few years. On April 10, he revealed that he had battled two cancers around the time he was filming Flip or Flop, and since then, he has been in remission. Because of his harrowing and scary cancer battle, he has a new perspective on life and has expressed endless gratitude.
“Man, cancer is a scary word,” he said. “And when you’re facing cancer, you know there’s always that potential of death. And when you’re staring death in the face, it makes you really, really realize what life is about, what you should be grateful for.”
