Jessica Capshaw Books First Major TV Role Since 'Grey's Anatomy,' Sets ABC Return in '9-1-1' Spinoff
Jessica Capshaw is heading back to ABC for her next major TV role!
The Grey’s Anatomy alum will be starring in the upcoming 9-1-1 spinoff series 9-1-1: Nashville, according to Variety.
Chris O’Donnell was announced as the lead of the new series from Ryan Murphy, which will follow first responders in the Tennessee city.
Jessica‘s role on the new show is unknown as of now. She’s best known for playing Dr. Arizona Robbins on Grey’s Anatomy from seasons 5-14. After leaving the show in 2018, she later returned for a season 20 guest appearance.
While she appeared as a guest star on Hulu’s Tell Me Lies in season one, this will mark Jessica‘s first major TV role since leaving Grey’s Anatomy.
