‘Sinners’ Star Delroy Lindo Dishes: Marvel Embraced His ‘Blade’ Reboot Vision—Until It Vanished From the Release Slate
Delroy Lindo, the talented actor currently featured in Ryan Coogler’s supernatural thriller Sinners, recently spoke about his experience with Marvel Studios’ troubled reboot of Blade. In a candid interview, he shared that Marvel had initially embraced his creative ideas for the film, which was meant to star Mahershala Ali as the legendary vampire hunter.
Unfortunately, the film’s vision fell apart, leading to Lindo being dropped from the project as the reboot was pulled from the release schedule.
