This film is a darkly stylish thriller that mixes murder, mystery, and a simple but effective mommy-blogger energy with more twists and turns than you can imagine. Anna Kendrick plays Stephanie, a kind but socially awkward woman, while Blake Lively plays Emily, a stylish and mysterious character.

The film takes the audience into the strange friendship between two very different women. What starts as schoolyard small talk quickly spins into a messy web of lies, secrets, and crimes, including murder, betrayal, and a faked death.
