Goku Didn’t Deliver Akira Toriyama’s Favorite Kamehameha Attack but It Is Still Not as Badass as This Father-Son Moment in Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball is a massive, multi-generational franchise that has evolved a lot since little Goku went around on his flying Nimbus. The action has become far more intense, and there are many attacks that have cosmic consequences.

But few attacks stand taller than the mighty Kamehameha. From the original Dragon Ball itself, the attack has come to become a defining part of the battles in the series. It’s the heartbeat of the franchise and the blast that launched a thousand imitations across anime history.

And yet, despite the extremely cool moves and the devastating consequences (for the antagonists), the creator, Akira Toriyama’s favorite Kamehameha wasn’t unleashed by Goku, but by the originator, Master Roshi. Yet, there is a moment that far surpasses all other Kamehameha moments in the series that fans think of until today.
