‘The Better Sister’ Trailer: Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks Are Estranged Siblings Investigating a Murder
Jessica Biel and Elizabeth Banks are keeping it in the family after a gruesome murder. The highly-anticipated Prime Video limited series “The Better Sister” brings Alafair Burke’s bestselling novel to life with the two actresses leading (and executive producing) the thriller show.
Biel plays Chloe, a high-profile media executive who seems to have the perfect life with her lawyer husband Adam (Corey Stoll) and teenage son Ethan (Maxwell Acee Donovan). The only stain on Chloe’s family is her estranged sister Nicky (Banks), who struggles to stay clean. Yet after Adam is brutally murdered, Chloe realizes she has to have Nicky by her side to solve the case.
