Former President Joe Biden & Dr. Jill Biden To Visit ‘The View’ For First Interview Since Departing The White House

Marking his 11th visit to the daytime talk show, former President Joe Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, are scheduled to appear on the Thursday, May 8 broadcast of ABC‘s “The View.”
According to the network, the exclusive appearance marks the first interview for the Bidens since leaving the White House in January 2025 with the former first couple joining the co-hosts in the show’s brand new New York City studio to discuss life after the presidency, the 46th president’s legacy, Democrats’ election losses and the current political landscape.
Last appearing on the show on September 25, 2024, Biden previously made history as the first sitting president to appear live on the show and the second time a sitting president had visited, following former President Barack Obama‘s visit in 2010. He first appeared on “The View” as a senator on September 24, 2007.
