Fullmetal Alchemist Is Coming to Webtoon
Fullmetal Alchemist, the critically acclaimed dark fantasy manga by Hiromu Arakawa, is making its debut on Webtoon's English-language platform. Additionally, a once-overlooked spring 2025 series that’s becoming a streaming hit is also debuting on the popular vertical-reading comic book platform.
On May 2, 2025, Webtoon announced the additions of Fullmetal Alchemist and From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman: My Hotshot Disciples Are All Grown Up Now and They Won't Leave Me Alone to its digital comic book-reading service. Both series are available in full color and have been reformatted for the vertical-scrolling reading experience. Webtoon's latest partnership with Square Enix and Yen Press joins major publishers like Idw (Sonic the Hedgehog), DC Comics (Batman: Wayne Family Adventures), Archie Comics (Big Ethel Energy), Hybe (Dark Moon: The Blood Altar) and many more.
