Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Valentina Allegra de Fontaine is one of the primary highlights of the Thunderbolts* movie. The character, introduced in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, finally gets her moment to shine in the latest MCU feature after playing a series of cameos in numerous MCU projects.
Initially portrayed as a more complicated and darker version of Nick Fury, Val’s story was ultimately played quite differently in Thunderbolts*. The sassy attitude with the tinge of humor and pathetic desperation forced the fans to hate her. Although she is not a monstrous presence like Thanos, her power-hungry attitude makes her one of the most hated people the the current MCU.
