While Captain America: Brave New World set up Bucky's newest journey, Thunderbolts* went deeper into the former Winter Soldier's place in the political world. While the Thunderbolts* movie ending may not see him as a congressman anymore, this was still a unique role for Bucky, especially after everything he has been through during his time in the MCU.
