Anne Hathaway's Met Gala 2025 Look Pays Tribute to the Late Andre Leon Talley
Anne Hathaway is honoring the late André Leon Talley.
The 42-year-old Oscar-winning actress was joined by Carolina Herrera Creative Director Wes Gordon on the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala on Monday evening (May 5) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
For the event, Anne donned a crisp while shirt with a black and silver skirt.
In an interview with Vogue before walking the red carpet, Anne shared how her outfit paid homage to the late fashion journalist, who died in 2022 from a heart attack at the age of 73.
“What we wanted — we love everybody here. We respect everybody here,” Anne shared. “We dressed for one person and we wanted André Leon Talley to look down from heaven and scream ‘Glamour!’”
