Pee-wee Herman loved his red bicycle more than anything and even trekked across the country when the treasured bike was stolen in 1985’s Pee-wee’s Big Adventure. Now, the iconic bicycle ridden by Paul Reubens’ Pee-wee is going to a new home. Per TMZ, the screen-used stunt bicycle, ridden by the late Reubens, was sold at auction on May 3.

Van Eaton Galleries told the outlet that the bike’s new owner paid $125,000 for the screen-used prop. The red bike sold at auction was one of just 14 bicycles made for Pee-wee’s Big Adventure.The custom-made bike had been slightly restored to make it appear as it looked in the 1985 film. However, the bike’s original elements were kept intact.
