Tom Brady Reveals What He Texted NFL's Shedeur Sanders, Dispels a Myth About His Role as a Team Owner
Tom Brady gave some interesting insight into his participation in the NFL draft process.
While making an appearance on Logan Paul‘s Impaulsive podcast, the 47-year-old retired NFL quarterback said he reached out the Shedeur Sanders, one of the most talked-about NFL Draft prospects this year. If you don’t know, Shedeur ended up sliding from a potential first round pick into the fifth round, where he was selected by the Cleveland Browns.
Tom is no stranger to this feeling: despite being the most celebrated Qb in history, Tom also slide during the NFL draft and wasn’t taken until the 6th round.
“I actually texted Shedeur because I know him very well. And I said, ‘Dude, whatever happens, wherever you go, that’s your first day.’” He then said the second day with the team “matters more than the draft.“
