If you’re on the hunt for a quality movie night recommendation but can’t make up your mind, I’ve got just what you need. I recently stumbled upon a past podcast appearance where decorated director Quentin Tarantino revealed his second favorite film of the 2010s. Better yet, the picture in question is now streaming on Prime Video.

Tarantino appeared on the Rewatchables Podcast in 2020 to discuss a feature he just can’t stop rewatching. I’m talking about Christopher Nolan’s war thriller Dunkirk.

In conversation with the hosts, Tarantino acknowledged that it took him several viewings to appreciate the film fully. He said of his inaugural experience, “I was awed by it.” The Pulp Fiction director explained that it took several times to really see past the spectacle of the flick and appreciate the phenomenal filmmaking on display within.
