A dump truck crashed into Whisky a Go Go, the legendary music venue on the Sunset Strip, on Friday.

Before the truck slammed into the West Hollywood building, it collided with a powerline and a few other vehicles, including a mail truck, according to NBC News. Amid the news of the crash, the Los Angeles County’s Sheriff Department closed Sunset Boulevard and Clark Street, and power in the area was shut off.

“Due to the traffic collision, some power has been affected and power is out to some parts of the area,” the Lasd shared in an alert. “Crews are currently on scene and working to restore power.”

Whisky a Go Go had a show scheduled for Friday night, which included performances by Boy Hits Car, Barefoot in the Bathroom and Gearheart, though the event was canceled.
