Before Thunderbolts*, Lewis Pullman Wanted to Join the Lowest Grossing Marvel Movie of Sony’s Spider-Man Universe
Lewis Pullman has been in Hollywood for more than a decade now, but the fame he is currently garnering with his iconic performance in Thunderbolts* is actually unparalleled. At the very least, his portrayal of Sentry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is being so widely loved by fans that even fans are sure he is about to be on the receiving end of a skyrocketing career and stardom.
Surprisingly enough, there was a time before this entire prospect of him joining the MCU when Pullman almost joined Sony’s Spider-Man universe. What’s even more stunning is that this was through what turned out to be the franchise’s lowest-grossing movie, despite the lead’s outstanding performance: Kraven the Hunter. And now, fans are celebrating that it didn’t pan out for him.
