Lawyers for Taylor Swift want Justin Baldoni’s subpoena of the singer thrown out from the Blake Lively case. In new filings Monday and Tuesday, Swift’s law firm, Venable, called the subpoena an “abuse of the discovery process” meant to distract from the case.
